If you exhibited in 2012 you have until April 30th to renew your exhibit space. From the menu on the left select "View Floor Plan." Find your booth number and complete the request for exhibit space. Return it with a 20% deposit.
To change the size or location of your exhibit space; select the three booths you would prefer and return your contract. Changes are managed on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to include a credit card number or post dated cheque with your application.
New to Expo? New companies are allocated space on a first come, first served basis after April 30, 2013. The Expo 2013 floor plan will go online by mid-April. You are welcome to select three preferred choices and return your application to hold your space on the waiting list.
INCLUSIVE EXHIBIT RATES: All booths are 10 feet by 10 feet or multiples thereof and include a lighting package and electrical outlet. See rates below.
SPOTLIGHT YOUR MERCHANDISE! All exhibitors are required to pre-pay for electrical/lighting package that includes a 500 watt spotlight (per 10x10 booth) and one 800 watt electrical outlet per display to make your display eye-catching and to attract your customers. See rate chart below:

All exhibitors are required to provide their own suitable exhibit space floor covering by bringing to the show or renting carpet from show decorator.
DISCOUNTS: Landscape Ontario Members receive a discount of $1.25. Exhibit rental includes: Materials Handling, Crate Storage, Aisle Carpet, Parking, Lighting and electrical package, Standard Drape Booth, (on request) but not carpeting or floor covering. NOTE: Floor covering and lighting are mandatory.
REGULAR BOOKINGS: 20% DEPOSIT required with Request for Exhibit Space form and the balance of payment is due no later than July 22, 2013.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made by cheque to Landscape Ontario Expo 2012; AMEX, MasterCard or VISA is also accepted.
