Get all the info you need for a trouble-free and productive exhibition.
Included with your exhibit rate are one (1) 500 watt quartz light per 10x10 booth and one (1) 800 watt duplex outlet per company. If you require additional lighting or electrical power please order same from Showtech Power and Lighting. See order form in Section E - Service Order Forms below.
You are required to provide floor covering, proof of insurance, furnishings and signage for your booth. All additional equipment or services are at an additional cost. There are official suppliers that provide these services. Order forms will be found below in Section E - Service Order Forms.

Personal Protective Equipment – Move-in and -out
Please remind everyone that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all personnel involved in the set-up and dismantling of your booth. No one will be allowed on the show floor unless they are wearing safety shoes. Other PPE that may be required: hardhats, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, etc. It is your responsibility to make your representatives aware of and act in compliance with safe work practices. All exhibit staff during move-in and – out, if not wearing safety shoes, will need to purchase safety shoes from Mister Safety before accessing the show floor. Mister Safety’s truck will be located near the loading dock.
U.S. citizens are required to present an U.S. passport, passport card, enhanced driver’s license, or trusted traveler program card. It is best to obtain the appropriate document now to ensure that you have them ready when you return to the U.S. The appropriate documents will streamline the entry process and ensure a smooth return to the U.S.
