The concentrated BMA produced using the BMAC System contains a rich mixture of components, including stem cells, progenitor cells, platelets, growth factors, lymphocytes and granulocytes.1,2,3 The BMAC process disposable includes a proprietary, self-calibrating floating shelf that is designed for concentrating BMA with consistently high recovery rates. The density of the floating shelf is engineered to maximize the capture of the TNCs in bone marrow.
