Exhibitors log in today to:

  1. Generate sales leads 24 hrs/365 days - Create/update your eBooth to establish your online presence
  2. Capture sales immediately - Verify your contact information for direct attendee connection
  3. Provide incentives to visit your booth - Upload your products and videos - add brands, descriptions, photos, product categories, and classify them as new, green, recent, or show specials.

  5. Order your Exhibitor Badges - you will need your company password.

If you are an exhibitor but do not remember your UserID and/or password, please enter your contact e-mail in the box below and click on E-mail My Login Info. This will e-mail your login info to your e-mail address.

New Exhibitors - Create a Profile, View Floorplan, Select A Booth 

  1. Returning exhibitors - enter company password to reserve booth or update profile
  2. New exhibitors - click on green login button above to create a login. Include complete contact information.
  3. Reserve a booth.
  4. A sales person from Landscape Ontario will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

NOTE:  At Landscape Ontario's Congress, January 7 - 9, 2020 the minimum booth measures 10'x10' and is available in multiples of the same.

Standard booths rates are:

  • Up to 400 square feet $19.75 per square foot
  • Between 401 and 999 square feet $19.50 per square foot
  • Over 1,000 square feet $19.25 per square foot

SAVE $200 - A discount of $2 per square foot applies if you are a member of Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association (associate/active) or the Canadian Fence Industry Associatiion. If you purchase 401 sq ft or more then it is strongly recommended that you apply for membership to take advantage of additional savings.

Harmonized Sales Tax (13%) applies to every exhibit space.

Payment can be made by AMEX, MasterCard, VISA or cheque.

Wire transfers can be arranged if more convenient. Should you choose this option for payment, please send an email to to notify us. Please include your company name, bank, transfer identification and the payment amount.

Note: All invoices are in Canadian dollars and the account you will be transferring to is a Canadian account.
